Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru conservarea în stare proaspata a legumelor si fructelor în timpul transportului cu gaze lichefiate ca agent frigorific, caracterizat prin aceea ca legumele si fructele sunt introduse în recipiente la temperatura de 0,5....7 degree C prin insuflare cu azot lichid, dupa care se mentin pe toata perioada depozitarii la temperatura de 0,5.....4 degree C si la umiditate relativa de 85...95% în volum prin insuflare de CO2. Instalatia pentru realizarea procedeului este constituita dintr-un conteiner închis, izolat termic, prevazut cu un compartimentîn care sunt introduse butelii pentru azot si bioxid de carbon lichefiate si un compartiment pentru depozitare produse, despartit de compartimentul prin peretele despartitor, o conducta prevazuta cu armaturi si ajutaje de pulverizare montate în apropierea tavanului conteinerului în spatiul de depozitare, niste traductori de temperatura montati în tavanul conteinerului si în apropierea fundului conteinerului si în apropierea fundului conteinerului care regleaza un ventil electromagnetic, actionat de un regulator de gaze.
