Abstract

Procedeul de preparare semicontinua a unui silicolaluminiu de sodiu cristalizat, de tipul zeolitului A, de calitate constanta si omogenta, prin amestecarea continua si sub agitare puternica a unei solutii de aluminiu de sodiu si a unei solutii de silicat de sodiu, într-o zona de reactie în care timpul de sedere mediu este cuprins între 30 sec si 20 min si la o temperatura cuprinsa între 70 si 105 degree C, formîndu-se un gel a carei maturare este efectuata ulterior discontinuu timp de 4...7 h, la temperatura de 80...95 degree C, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, în timpul maturarii particulelor precipitate sînt mentinute în suspensie fara excitare asupra lor a fortelor de forfecare necesare numai asigurarii mentinerii lor în suspensie, folosindu-sepentru mentinerea particulelor în suspensie, o agitare a lichidului supus maturarii, cu ajutorul ultrasunetelor, sau printr-o încalzire locala care creeaza curenti de convectie, sau prin utilizarea unor agitatoare cu palete avînd turatia cuprinsa între 20 si 140 tur/min.
