Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o metodă de ambalare a produselor comestibile, sterilizabile, şi la un recipient etanş, sub presiune, metodă ce cuprinde introducerea unui produs comestibil, pentru a fi sterilizat, într-un recipient cu pereţi subţiri, urmată de introducerea unei cantităţi prestabilite de gaz inert, lichefiat sau solidificat, în respectivul recipient; vaporizarea gazului; închiderea etanşă la extremitatea deschisă a recipientului, înainte ca gazul să se evapore complet, astfel încât presiunea gazului inert din recipientul etanşat să fie suficientă pentru a menţine rigizi pereţii recipientului, şi în ultimă fază, sterilizarea produsului comestibil şi a recipientului astfel încât se formează un recipient etanş, pus sub presiune (22), cu pereţi subţiri, şi unde cel puţin unul din elementele de închidere, primul şi al doilea, prezintă o înclinare concavă (21) în raport cu interiorul recipientului, cel puţin una din extremităţile (20) recipientului etanş având o grosime şi o formă astfel încât păstrează o înclinare concavă (21), înainte, în timpul şi după fazele de închidere etanşă şi sterilizare, dar devine convexă numai dacă există o presiune de gaz suplimentară, generată de o acţiune bacteriană din interiorul recipientului etanş, pus sub presiune.
