Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do pakowania herbaty. Dotychczas znane opakowania mialy najczesciej ksztalt prostopadloscianu z elementami dekoracyjnymi na jego bokach. Opakowanie posiada fantazyjne elementy dekoracyjne i napisy na scianach bocznych i wieku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego umieszczono na fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia opakowanie z widocznymi dwoma scianami bocznymi i wiekiem, fig. 2 - opakowanie z widocznymi scianami bocznymi i dnem, fig. 3 - dluzsza sciane boczna, fig. 4 - wieko, a fot. 5 pojedyncza saszetke. Opakowanie otrzymuje sie poprzez nadrukowanie fantazyjnych elementów dekoracyjnych i napisów na wykrój opakowania, a nastepnie przez zlozenie calego opakowania. Cechy istotne opakowania to fantazyjne elementy dekoracyjne i napisy umieszczone na opakowaniu. Opakowanie posiada dno w zólto-pomaranczowym z róznymi napisami w kolorze czarnym oraz kodem kreskowym i rysunkami instrukcji parzenia na bialych polach. Krótsze sciany boczne maja kolor zólto-pomaranczowy z chinskimi literami wkolorze czarnym oraz okraglym elementem skladajacym sie z dwóch rozszerzajacych sie luków w kolorach zielonym i czerwonym oraz czarnym chinskim napisem posrodku. U dolu krótszej sciany bocznej widnieje bialy napis „INSTANAT GINGER TEA (HONEYED)" Dluzsze sciany boczne i wieko maja kolor zólto-pomaranczowy z czarnym chinskim napisem posrodku, filizanka herbaty po prawej stronie, okraglym elementem identycznym jak na krótszych scianach bocznych po lewej stronie, oraz malymi napisami wykonanymi czcionkami chinska i lacinska. Dluzsza sciana boczna posiada ponadto po lewej stronie lodygi imbiru wyrastajace z korzeni, natomiast wieko taki sam element posiada po prawej stronie i dodatkowo korzenie imbiru z kielkami po lewej. Saszetki maja kolor zólto-pomaranczowy z filizanka herbaty, lodygami imbioru, chinskimi napisami i okraglym elementem identycznym jak na scianach opakowania.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5 PLThe subject of the industrial design is packaging intended for tea. Previously known packaging was most often cuboid-shaped with decorative elements on its sides. The packaging features imaginative decorative elements and inscriptions on the side walls and lid. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging with two visible side walls and the lid, Fig. 2 - the packaging with visible side walls and bottom, Fig. 3 - the longer side wall, Fig. 4 - the lid, and Photo 5 - a single tea bag. The packaging is created by printing imaginative decorative elements and inscriptions onto the packaging blank and then folding the entire package. The essential features of the packaging are the imaginative decorative elements and inscriptions placed on the packaging. The packaging has a yellow-orange bottom with various inscriptions in black, a barcode, and drawings of brewing instructions in white fields. The shorter side walls are yellow-orange with black Chinese characters and a circular element consisting of two widening arcs in green and red, with black Chinese lettering in the center. At the bottom of the shorter side wall is the white inscription "INSTANAT GINGER TEA (HONEYED)." The longer side walls and lid are yellow-orange with black Chinese lettering in the center, a tea cup on the right, a circular element identical to the shorter side walls on the left, and small inscriptions in Chinese and Latin fonts. The longer side wall also features ginger stalks growing from roots on the left, while the lid has the same element on the right and additional ginger roots with sprouts on the left. The sachets are yellow-orange in color with a cup of tea, ginger stalks, Chinese inscriptions and a round element identical to the one on the sides of the package.
