PLThe industrial design covers unit packaging in the form of a rectangular container – a box intended for the collection, temporary storage, and transport of bulk materials containing a specific quantity of product needed directly by the consumer, particularly for packaging white tea. The novelty and originality of the packaging, according to the industrial design, lies in the new form of packaging in the shape of a rectangular container, with a clearly marked upper part of the container, distinguished by a wide multi-colored band, creating the visual impression of a separate lid, and a narrower band marking the lower part of the container, creating the impression of a convex bottom. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, which shows a packaging of white tea, White Tea, in the form of a rectangular container, in a perspective view from the front wall, on which, on a rectangular black field, the English name of the tea, White Tea, is written in a fanciful font, and below it, the Polish name - white tea, with a round stamp "quality guarantee", where the inscription White Tea and the quality mark are embossed and gilded. Above the name of the tea, in a field contrasting with the background of the front wall, there is the inscription "SIR ROGER" - symbolizing the applicant's registered trademark, which passes onto the upper surface of the packaging cover bearing the same inscription, while below the name of the tea, there is a view of a colorful green tea field and a teapot with tea infusion. The adjacent side walls of the packaging contain bilingual information about the tea variety, source, brewing method with a visualization of the steps involved, manufacturer information, and commercial information about the product's net weight and expiration date presented as a barcode. The packaging is pastel-colored. A significant feature of the packaging, a rectangular container-box design, is the distinctive multi-colored stripes around the container's circumference, a wide upper stripe imitating the container's lid, and a narrow lower stripe imitating its convex bottom, as well as characteristic embossing of the tea's name, White Tea, and the "quality guarantee" stamp, as shown in the attached photograph.
