The novelty and originality of the packaging, according to the industrial design, lies in the new form of packaging in the shape of a rectangular container, with a clearly marked, multi-colored, wide band on the upper part of the container, creating the visual impression of a separate lid, and a narrower band on the lower part of the container, creating the impression of a convex bottom. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, where: - Fig. 1 shows a packaging of raspberry-flavored green tea in the form of a folded cuboidal container in a perspective view, and Fig. 1a shows a packaging of raspberry-flavored tea unfolded on a surface, on the front wall of which the name of the tea with a specific raspberry flavor is placed on a black rectangular field, bearing a round "quality guarantee" stamp, below the view of a raspberry fruit in a natural color of shades of red, next to it there is a view of a cup with tea infusion on a saucer topped with the inscription "SIR ROGER" - symbolizing the registered trademark of the applicant, the adjacent side walls of the packaging contain bilingual information on the tea variety, source of origin, brewing method, information on the manufacturer and commercial information on the net weight of the product, date of consumption presented in the form of a barcode, the packaging is made in green, - Fig. 2 a package of green tea with a grapefruit flavour is shown, and fig. 2a - the package laid out on a surface, on the front wall of which the name of the tea with a specific grapefruit flavour is placed on a black field, bearing a round "quality guarantee" seal below the image of a grapefruit fruit in a natural red colour surrounded by a yellow colour, next to it there is a view of a cup with tea infusion on a saucer topped with the inscription "SIR ROGER" symbolising the registered trademark of the applicant, while the adjacent side walls of the package contain the same information as described in fig. 1 and are made in the same colours, - fig. 3 shows the package of green loose-leaf tea Earl Grey in the form of a folded cuboidal container in a perspective view, and fig. 3a - the package laid out on a surface, on the front wall of which the name of Earl Grey tea with a floral flavour is placed on a black field, a light aroma with an additional exquisite aroma of the bergamot fruit shown below in a natural green color, wherein the remaining components of the description of the wall surfaces contain the same information as described in Fig. 1, - Fig. 4 - a packaging of green tea with the flavour of prickly pear is shown in the form of a folded cuboidal container in a perspective view, and Fig. 4a - the packaging in the form laid out on a surface, on the front wall of which the name of the tea is placed in a black field, and below there is a view of a prickly pear flower in yellow color, wherein the remaining components of the description of the wall surfaces contain the same information as described in Fig. 1, - Fig. 5 - a packaging of leaf tea with a peach flavour is shown in the form of a folded cuboidal container in a perspective view, and Fig. 5a - the packaging in the form laid out on a surface, on the front wall there is the name of the tea placed on a black field, and below there is a view of a peach fruit in yellow and pink, the packaging is made in orange and red, and the remaining components of the description of the wall surfaces contain the same information as described in Fig. 1, - Fig. 6 - a packaging of loose-leaf tea with a lemon flavour is shown in the form of a folded cuboidal container in a perspective view, and Fig. 6a - the packaging in the form unfolded on a surface, the front wall of which has the name of the tea placed on a black rectangular field, and below there is a view of a lemon fruit in a natural color, the packaging is made in yellow and orange, and the remaining components of the description of the wall surfaces contain the same information as described in Fig. 1, - Fig. 7 - a packaging of loose-leaf tea with a raspberry flavour is shown in in the form of a folded rectangular container in a perspective view, and fig. 7a - the packaging in the form unfolded on the surface, on the front wall of which the name of the tea is placed on a black rectangular field, and below it there is a view of a raspberry fruit in a natural red color, the packaging being made in an intense red color changing into burgundy, while the remaining components of the description of the wall surfaces contain the same information as described in fig. 1, Essential features of the industrial design. An essential feature of the packaging in the form of a rectangular container - box according to the industrial design are located on the circumference of the container with distinctive multi-colored stripes, a wide upper strip imitating the lid - the lid of the container and a narrow lower strip imitating its convex bottom as shown in the attached photographs.
