Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do mieszanek herbat i herbatek ziolowych utworzone z plaskiego kartonowego wykroju, przedzielone liniami zagiecia na czesci stanowiace scianki i wzmocnienia. 2. Opakowanie przedstawiono na fotografii Fig. 1. Opakowanie po zlozeniu ma ksztalt domku, o podstawie prostokata. Opakowanie wykonane jest z kartonu GC2 275 g w kolorze kremowo-bezowym w druku pelno kolorowym, triadowym, z delikatnymi ryci- nami ziól w formie graficznej w kolorze brazowawym, rozmieszczonymi w róznych odstepach. 3. Cechy istotne dla wzoru przemyslowego opakowania na herbate to nadruk wygladajacy jak tzw. „papier ekologiczny" z delikatnym nadrukiem obrazków graficznych w postaci rycin przedstawiajacych ziola, nadruk w kolorze brazowym. Na froncie opakowania jest wyciete okragle okienko, a górna czesc opakowania zamknieta jest sciankami w formie jezyka zamykajacego opakowanie do wewnatrz. Na rewersie opakowania zestawienie tabelaryczne zasad parzenia poszczególnych gatunków herbatek i ziól z ilustracja parzenia ich w imbryku. The subject of the industrial design is packaging for tea and herbal tea blends, made from a flat cardboard blank, divided by fold lines into parts constituting walls and reinforcements. 2. The packaging is shown in photograph Fig. 1. When folded, the packaging has the shape of a house, with a rectangular base. The packaging is made of 275g GC2 cream-beige cardboard with a full-color, triadic print, with delicate brownish engravings of herbs in graphic form, spaced at various intervals. 3. Features essential to the industrial design of the tea packaging include a print resembling so-called "ecological paper" with a delicate print of graphic images in the form of engravings depicting herbs, the print in brown. The front of the package features a round window cut out, and the top is closed with tongue-shaped walls that seal the package inward. The reverse side of the package features a table of brewing instructions for specific types of tea and herbs, along with an illustration of how to brew them in a teapot.
