Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w ksztalcie filizanki. Opakowanie to jest wykonane z kartonu litego, nieklejone, do którego mozna zapakowac kazdy rodzaj herbaty. Na rysunku (Fig. 1) przedstawiono opakowanie w formie plaskiej, niezlozonej wykonane z jednego paska kartonu z odpowiednio uksztaltowanymi krawedziami. Na zdjeciach przedstawiono opakowanie w postaci rozlozonej (Fig. 2) oraz opakowanie zlozone (Fig. 3). Rozwiazanie konstrukcyjne tego opakowania pokazane na rysunku polega na nadaniu okreslonego ksztaltu i ulozenia elementów opakowania, wykonaniu pokazanych naciec (1), nagniecen (2) i sklejen (3), co pozwala uzyskac uniwersalne opakowanie w ksztalcie filizanki. Cecha istotna tego wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt wykroju opakowania oraz ksztalt opakowania w postaci zlozonej i rozlozonej jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. This packaging is made of solid, non-glued cardboard, in which any type of tea can be packed. The drawing (Fig. 1) shows a flat, non-folded packaging made of one strip of cardboard with appropriately shaped edges. The photos show the packaging in an unfolded form (Fig. 2) and the folded packaging (Fig. 3). The design solution of this packaging shown in the drawing consists in giving a specific shape and arrangement of the packaging elements, making the shown cuts (1), creases (2) and gluing (3), which allows obtaining a universal cup-shaped packaging. An essential feature of this industrial design is the shape of the packaging cut-out and the shape of the packaging in folded and unfolded form as shown in the illustration of the design.
