Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w ksztalcie wiezy. Opakowanie jest wykonane z kartonu litego. Na rysunku (Fig. 1) przedstawiono opakowanie w formie niesklejonej, plaskiej wykonane z czesci (4) i czesci (5). Na zdjeciach przedstawiono opakowanie po pierwszej fazie skladania z niezalozona opaska (4) (Fig. 2), w formie zlozonej (Fig. 3) oraz w formie rozlozonej (Fig. 4). Rozwiazanie konstrukcyjne tego opakowania pokazane na rysunku polega na nadaniu okreslonego ksztaltu, ulozenia elementów opakowania, wykonaniu pokazanych naciec (1), nagniotów (2) i sklejen (3). Dodatkowo wykonano oddzielna opaske (5), która utrzymuje wlasciwy ksztalt opakowania po zlozeniu. Cecha istotna tego wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt wykroju opakowania, ksztalt opaski oraz ksztalt opakowania w postaci zlozonej i rozlozonej jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. The package is made of solid cardboard. The drawing (Fig. 1) shows the package in an unglued, flat form, made of parts (4) and (5). The photos show the package after the first stage of assembly with the band (4) unattached (Fig. 2), folded (Fig. 3), and unfolded (Fig. 4). The design of this package, shown in the drawing, involves shaping the package, arranging the package elements, and making the cuts (1), dents (2), and gluing (3) shown. Additionally, a separate band (5) was made to maintain the package's proper shape after folding. A significant feature of this industrial design is the shape of the package blank, the shape of the band, and the shape of the package in both the folded and unfolded states, as shown in the illustration.
