Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie z mozliwoscia wyeksponowania zapakowanego produktu w chwili otwarcia opakowania. Na rysunku (Fig. 1) przedstawiono opakowanie (1) i wkladke (2) w formie plaskiej z odpowiednio uksztaltowanymi krawedziami. Na zdjeciach przedstawiono opakowanie w formie rozlozonej (Fig. 2) oraz zlozonej (Fig. 3). Rozwiazanie konstrukcyjne tego opakowania pokazane na rysunku polega na nadaniu okreslonego ksztaltu, ulozenia elementów opakowania, wykonaniu pokazanych naciec (3), nagniecen (4) i sklejenia (5) oraz na polaczeniu opakowania zewnetrznego (1) z skladana wkladka (2) pozwalajaca na eksponowanie w czasie otwarcia zapakowanego kosmetyku. Po zlozeniu opakowanie ma ksztalt graniastoslupa zamykanego zaczepem. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt wykroju i wkladki oraz ksztalt opakowania w postaci zlozonej i rozlozonej jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. The drawing (Fig. 1) shows the packaging (1) and the insert (2) in a flat form with appropriately shaped edges. The photos show the packaging unfolded (Fig. 2) and folded (Fig. 3). The design of this packaging, shown in the drawing, involves shaping the packaging, arranging the packaging components, making the cuts (3), creases (4), and gluing (5), as shown, and connecting the outer packaging (1) with a foldable insert (2) that allows for the display of the packaged cosmetic upon opening. When folded, the packaging has the shape of a prism that is closed with a latch. An essential feature of an industrial design is the shape of the cutout and insert, as well as the shape of the packaging when folded and unfolded, as shown in the illustration of the design.
