Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kartonowe przeznaczone do ciast i tortów. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi opakowanie kartonowe, które w czesci górnej pojemnika opakowania od strony czolowej posiada specjalny zamek spinajacy w ksztalcie nieforemnej glówki, natomiast w waskim zagieciu w czesci czolowej dna stanowiacego podstawe opakowania posiada szczelinowe naciecie w ksztalcie odchylonej litery „L" do osadzenia zamka spinajacego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wykrój opakowania kartonowego z liniami skladania, fig. 2 – w rzucie perspektywicznym z pionowo odchylona czescia górna. Opakowanie kartonowe w postaci pudelka skladanego wykonanego z tektury litej, najkorzystniej bialej, przeznaczone do ciast miekkich i tortów sklada sie z dna stanowiacego podstawe z zagietymi pionowo do góry bokami, a w czesci przedniej posiada specjalny zamek spinajacy w ksztalcie nieforemnej glówki i waskim paskiem czolowym odchylonym do góry z wykonanym nacieciem szczelinowym w ksztalcie odchylonej litery „L", jak pokazano na rys. fig. 1, fig. 2. Zarówno boki dna jak i wieka posiadaja linie giecia z perforacja sluzaca do latwego skladania opakowania na plasko w celu paczkowania do transportu. Po wlozeniu ciasta lub tortu do sklejonego opakowania zamyka sie wieko stanowiace jego górna czesc poprzez zatrzasniecie zamka spinajacego od strony czolowej w szczelinie zagiecia czesci czolowej dna stanowiacego podstawe opakowania. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the cardboard packaging, which has a special fastening lock in the shape of an irregular head in the upper part of the container on the front side, while in the narrow fold in the front part of the bottom, which forms the base of the packaging, it has a slotted cut in the shape of an inclined "L" for embedding the fastening lock. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cutout of the cardboard packaging with fold lines, and Fig. 2 – a perspective view with the vertically inclined upper part. A cardboard packaging in the form of a folding box made of solid cardboard, preferably white, intended for soft cakes and tortes, consists of a base with sides bent vertically upwards, and in the front part it has a special fastening lock in the shape of an irregular head and a narrow front strip bent upwards with a slit cut in the shape of an inclined "L", as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2. Both the sides of the bottom and the lid have bend lines with perforations for easy folding of the package flat for packing for transport. After placing the cake or torte into the glued package, the lid, which is its upper part, is closed by snapping the fastening lock on the front side into the slit of the fold in the front part of the bottom, which is the base of the package.
