Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kartonowe przeznaczone do ciast i tortów. Wzorem przemyslowym jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nada- na mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, material i kolorystyke. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi opakowanie kartonowe, które w odchyl- nej czesci górnej stanowiacej wieko pudelka od strony czolowej posiada specjalny ksztalt zamka spi- najacego, natomiast w waskim zagieciu w czesci czolowej dna stanowiacego podstawe pudelka po- siada wykonane szczelinowe naciecie do osadzenia zamka spinajacego. The industrial design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, materials, and colors. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the cardboard packaging, which features a specially shaped fastener on the front of the hinged upper part, which serves as the lid of the box. A narrow fold in the front of the bottom, which serves as the base of the box, has a slotted cut for embedding the fastener. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cutout of a cardboard packaging with box folding lines, Fig. 2 – a perspective view with a vertically folded top section, and Fig. 3 – a perspective view in the position before the box is closed. The cardboard packaging in the form of a folding box made of solid cardboard, preferably white, intended for soft cakes and tarts, consists of a bottom serving as a base with sides and a narrow front strip with a slit, and a box lid with sides constituting the hinged top section, which has a specially shaped fastening lock on the front. Both the sides of the bottom and the lid have folding lines with perforations for easy folding of the box flat for packing for transport. After placing the cake or tortes in the sealed box, the lid, which is the upper part of the box, is closed by snapping the fastener located on the front side into the slit in the fold of the front part of the bottom, which forms the base of the box. This closure prevents accidental opening of the box and allows boxes containing cakes or tortes to be stacked. The essential features of the industrial design include the cardboard packaging, which features a specially shaped fastener located in the lid of the box on its front wall near the horizontal edge, and a slit-like cut located in the narrow front part of the bottom, which forms the packaging.
