Wzorem przemyslowym jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nada- na mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, material i kolorystyke. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi opakowanie kartonowe, które w odchyl- nej czesci górnej stanowiacej wieko pudelka od strony czolowej posiada specjalny ksztalt zamka spi- najacego, natomiast w waskim zagieciu w czesci czolowej dna stanowiacego podstawe pudelka po- siada wykonane szczelinowe naciecie do osadzenia zamka spinajacego. Cardboard packaging in the form of a folding box made of solid cardboard, preferably white, intended for soft cakes and tortes, consists of a bottom constituting the base with sides and a narrow front strip with a slotted cut, the lid of the box with sides constituting the upper hinged part, which on the front side it has a specially shaped fastening lock. Both the sides of the bottom and the lid have bending lines with perforations for easy folding of the box flat for packing for transport.
