The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the word, graphic, color, and spatial arrangement of the packaging, with the possibility of opening it. Compared to known cold cut packaging, the novelty and individual character of the packaging is particularly evident in its distinctive shape and form, the lines of its contour, the distinctive closure, and the graphic colors of the packaging label. The packaging is characterized by a tear-off strip along the perimeter in the upper part, below the Maestro inscription, that allows the upper part of the packaging to be tilted back into a lid-like shape. Once broken, the strip allows the box to be opened to remove its contents. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the open package in a front view, Fig. 2 – the closed package in a side view, Fig. 3 – the closed package in a back view, and Fig. 4 shows the package from the bottom. The package according to the design is made of cardboard. Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the package according to the industrial design are its spatial shape in the form of an elongated tube with the external outline of a cylinder widening upwards, with the base of the package being a semi-oval with a smaller surface area, while the top cover of the package is a rectangle concave inward with a larger surface area. The package has two opposing side walls in the shape of asymmetrical trapezoids, adjacent to the walls of the top and bottom surfaces of the package. In the middle of the packaging, under the "Maestro" inscription, there is a tear-off strip along most of its circumference, with double perforation for opening the packaging. The upper part of the packaging is navy blue. On the front of the packaging is the manufacturer's graphic trademark in the form of a label containing the Henryk KANIA trademark, a master butcher from Pszczyna, and the Maestro logo. Below this is an information strip – "roasted kabanos" on a gold background, and in the lower part an illustration of a cold cut – roasted kabanos. The back of the packaging contains information about the product's composition and recipe, as well as the manufacturer's barcodes. The packaging, according to the design, is shaped like an elongated tube, the upper wall of which is a rectangle concave inwards, with a larger surface area than the base, which is a half-oval.
