Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarza¬ nia 1 - (2-cyj anofenoksy) -2-hydroksy-3-etyloamino- propanu o wzorze 1, jak równiez jego soli addy¬ cyjnych z kwasami. Jest to zwiazek nowy i moze znalezc zastosowanie jako srodek leczniczy.Wedlug wynalazku nowy zwiazek otrzymuje sie przez odszczepianie grupy ochronnej od trzecio¬ rzedowej aminy o wzorze 2, w którym Sch ozna¬ cza dajaca sie latwo odszczepiac, na przyklad na drodze hydrolizy albo hydrogenolizy, grupe chro¬ niaca grupe aminowa, taka jak grupa acylowa albo benzylowa.Zwiazki o wzorze 2 wytwarza sie korzystnie poddajac l-(2-cyjanofenoksy)-2,3-epoksypropan re¬ akcji z amina o wzorze 3, w którym Sch ma zna¬ czenie wyzej podane albo poddajac zwiazek o wzo¬ rze 4, w którym Kt oznacza atom wodoru albo ka¬ tion, na przyklad jon metalu alkalicznego, reakcji ze zwiazkiem o wzorze 5, w którym Sch ma zna¬ czenie wyzej podane, a Z oznacza grupe o wzorze 6 lub grupe o wzorze -CHOH-CH2-Hal, w którym Hal oznacza atom chlorowca.Wytworzony sposobem wedlug wynalazku zwia¬ zek posiada w ugrupowaniu -CHOH- asymetryczny atom wegla, wystepuje wiec zarówno w formie ra- cematu, jak równiez optycznie czynnych antypo¬ dów. Wodna warstwe alkalizuje sie lugiem sodowym, a wydzielajacy sie olej ekstrahu¬ je eterem. Roztwór eterowy przemywa sie woda, suszy i odparowuje. Pozostala zasade rozpuszcza sie w alkoholu, zakwasza alkoholowym roztworem chlorowodoru. Po dodaniu eteru krystalizuje chlo¬ rowodorek. Temperatura topnienia wynosi 131— 133°C.
