Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wklad zapasowy do odswiezacza powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie wkladu do odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia wklad zapasowy do odswiezacza powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- wklad w widoku z boku, fig.3- wklad w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- wklad w widoku z góry, a fig.5- wklad w widoku z dolu. Wklad zapasowy do odswiezacza powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt dwóch zestawionych na sobie walców, z których górny ma wieksza srednice i stanowi kolnierz, a dolny stanowi korpus wkladu. Powierzchnia górna kolnierza ma centralne wypietrzenie o zarysie kolistym, zas w polu sciany bocznej kolnierza widoczne sa poziome, wydluzone owalne zarysy ulozone w grupach na obwodzie sciany. Korpus wkladu ma wybranie od strony przedniej, a wysokosc korpusu w czesci wybrania jest nizsza niz wysokosc korpusu od strony tylnej, przy czym przy nizszej czesci korpusuwystaje ku dolowi walcowy wystep, którego sciana dolna lezy w plaszczyznie sciany dolnej czesci tylnej korpusu. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the refill. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the refill for the air freshener in perspective views from above, from the side, and from the front; Fig. 2 shows the refill from the side; Fig. 3 shows the refill from the other side; Fig. 4 shows the refill from above; and Fig. 5 shows the refill from below. The refill for the air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is shaped like two stacked cylinders, the upper of which has a larger diameter and constitutes the flange, and the lower one constitutes the body of the refill. The upper surface of the collar has a central circular elevation, while the side wall of the collar features horizontal, elongated oval outlines arranged in groups around the wall's circumference. The insert body has a recess on the front side, and the height of the body in the recessed part is lower than the height of the body on the rear side. At the lower part of the body, a cylindrical projection protrudes downward, the lower wall of which lies in the plane of the lower wall of the rear part of the body.
