Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. The new and original form of an industrial design is reflected in its shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu Uchwyt meblowy ma korpus skorupowy w ksztalcie bryly o podstawie soczewki dwuwypuklej i scianach bocznych majacych w widoku z przodu i tylu ksztalt wycinków okregu, usytuowanych skosnie w kierunku obrzezy tych wycinków, polaczonych z soba scianka promieniowo-wypukla. W osi symetrii scianki promieniowo-wypuklej i scian bocznych znajduje sie wyjecie o profilu zblizonym do pólkolistego, stanowiace gniazdo dla umieszczonego w nim uchwytu o ksztalcie kulistym, polaczonego z korpusem skorupowym od dolu za pomoca wkreta. Ponadto, korpus skorupowy w widoku od spodu ma dwie tulejki z otworami profilowymi usytuowane symetrycznie po obu stronach wkreta mocujacego uchwyt kulisty. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, and fig. 2 - the same handle in the bottom view. The furniture handle has a solid-shaped shell body with a biconvex lens base and side walls with a view of on the front and back the shape of the circle sections, situated diagonally towards the periphery of these sections, connected to each other by a radially convex wall. In the symmetry axis of the radially-convex wall and the side walls there is a slot with a profile close to the semicircular shape, which serves as a seat for the spherical-shaped handle placed in it, connected to the shell body from the bottom with a screw. Moreover, the shell body in the bottom view has two bushings with profile openings symmetrically located on both sides of the screw fastening the spherical handle.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z korpusu i uchwytu kulistego, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma korpus skorupowy w ksztalcie bryly o podstawie soczewki dwuwypuklej i scianach bocznych majacych w widoku z przodu i tylu ksztalt wycinków okregu, usytuowanych skosnie w kierunku obrzezy tych wycinków, polaczonych z soba scianka promieniowo-wypukla; - korpus skorupowy w osi symetrii scianki promieniowo-wypuklej i scian bocznych ma wyjecie o profilu zblizonym do pólkolistego, stanowiace gniazdo dla umieszczonego w nim uchwytu o ksztalcie kulistym; - korpus skorupowy w widoku od spodu ma dwie tulejki z otworami profilowymi, usytuowane symetrycznie po obu stronach wkreta mocujacego uchwyt kulisty.Important features of an industrial design The furniture handle consisting of a body and a spherical handle, shown in Figs. 1 and 2, is characterized by the fact that: - it has a solid-shaped shell body with a biconvex lens base and side walls with a shape in the front and rear view circle sections inclined towards the periphery of these sections and connected to each other by a radially convex wall; - the shell body in the symmetry axis of the radial-convex wall and the side walls has an opening with a profile close to a semicircular shape, constituting a seat for a spherical-shaped handle placed therein; - the shell body in the bottom view has two sleeves with profile openings, located symmetrically on both sides of the screw securing the spherical handle.
