Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu Uchwyt meblowy ma korpus skorupowy w ksztalcie bryly o podstawie soczewki dwuwypuklej i scianach bocznych majacych w widoku z przodu i tylu ksztalt wycinków okregu, usytuowanych skosnie w kierunku obrzezy tych wycinków, polaczonych z soba scianka promieniowo-wypukla. W osi symetrii scianki promieniowo-wypuklej i scian bocznych znajduje sie wyjecie o profilu zblizonym do pólkolistego, stanowiace gniazdo dla umieszczonego w nim uchwytu o ksztalcie kulistym, polaczonego z korpusem skorupowym od dolu za pomoca wkreta. Ponadto, korpus skorupowy w widoku od spodu ma dwie tulejki z otworami profilowymi usytuowane symetrycznie po obu stronach wkreta mocujacego uchwyt kulisty. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z korpusu i uchwytu kulistego, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma korpus skorupowy w ksztalcie bryly o podstawie soczewki dwuwypuklej i scianach bocznych majacych w widoku z przodu i tylu ksztalt wycinków okregu, usytuowanych skosnie w kierunku obrzezy tych wycinków, polaczonych z soba scianka promieniowo-wypukla; - korpus skorupowy w osi symetrii scianki promieniowo-wypuklej i scian bocznych ma wyjecie o profilu zblizonym do pólkolistego, stanowiace gniazdo dla umieszczonego w nim uchwytu o ksztalcie kulistym; - korpus skorupowy w widoku od spodu ma dwie tulejki z otworami profilowymi, usytuowane symetrycznie po obu stronach wkreta mocujacego uchwyt kulisty. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle viewed from below. The furniture handle has a solid-like shell-shaped body with a biconvex lens base and side walls that, in front and rear views, resemble circular segments, arranged obliquely towards the edges of these segments and connected by a radially convex wall. At the axis of symmetry of the radially convex wall and the side walls, there is a recess with a nearly semicircular profile, constituting a socket for the spherical handle placed within, which is connected to the shell-shaped body at the bottom by a screw. Furthermore, the shell body, in a bottom view, has two sleeves with profile holes located symmetrically on both sides of the screw securing the spherical handle. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle composed of a body and a spherical handle, shown in figures 1 and 2, is characterized in that: - it has a shell body in the shape of a solid with a biconvex lens base and side walls having the shape of circular segments in the front and back views, situated obliquely towards the periphery of these segments, connected by a radially convex wall; - the shell body, in the axis of symmetry of the radially convex wall and the side walls, has an opening with a profile close to semicircular, constituting a socket for the spherical handle placed within it; - the shell body in the bottom view has two sleeves with profile holes, located symmetrically on both sides of the screw securing the ball holder.
