Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i zestawie kolorystycznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy ma korpus skorupowy w ksztalcie bryly o podstawie soczewki dwuwypuklej, której scianki boczne o profilu wycinków kól polaczone sa w górnej czesci plynnym przejsciem promieniowym, przy czym w osi symetrii tego przejscia znajduje sie niski wystep, majacy w widoku z góry równiez ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, natomiast w srodkowej górnej czesci korpus ten ma wyjecie gniazdowe o ksztalcie pólkolistym w widoku z przodu, w którym osadzony jest uchwyt kulisty, przymocowany od spodu wkretem. Z górnej promieniowej powierzchni wewnetrznej korpusu skorupowego po obu stronach uchwytu kulistego wystaja po trzy tulejki, umozliwiajace polaczenie uchwytu meblowego z elementem danego mebla. Uchwyt kulisty posiada kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem korpusu uchwytu meblowego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z korpusu i uchwytu kulistego, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma korpus skorupowy w ksztalcie bryly o podstawie soczewki dwuwypuklej, której scianki boczne o profilu wycinków kól polaczone sa w górnej czesci plynnym przejsciem promieniowym, przy czym w osi symetrii tego przejscia znajduje sie niski wystep, majacy w widoku z góry równiez ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, natomiast w srodkowej górnej czesci korpus ten ma wyjecie gniazdowe o ksztalcie pólkolistym w widoku z przodu, w którym osadzony jest uchwyt kulisty przymocowany od spodu wkretem; - z górnej promieniowej powierzchni wewnetrznej korpusu skorupowego po obu stronach uchwytu kulistego wystaja po trzy tulejki; - uchwyt kulisty posiada kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem korpusu uchwytu meblowego. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, contours, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle viewed from below. The furniture handle has a shell-shaped body in the shape of a solid with a biconvex lens base, the side walls of which, with a circle sector profile, are connected in the upper part by a smooth radial transition. The axis of symmetry of this transition contains a low protrusion, also having the shape of a biconvex lens in a top view, while in the central upper part of the body, the socket outlet is semicircular in shape in a front view, in which a spherical handle is mounted, secured from the bottom with a screw. Three sleeves protrude from the upper radial inner surface of the shell body on both sides of the spherical handle, enabling the furniture handle to be connected to a given furniture element. The spherical handle has a color contrasting with the color of the furniture handle body. Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture handle, composed of a body and a spherical handle, shown in Figures 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - it has a shell body in the shape of a solid with a biconvex lens base, the side walls of which have a circle sector profile and are connected in the upper part by a smooth radial transition, wherein the axis of symmetry of this transition has a low protrusion, also having the shape of a biconvex lens in a top view, while in the central upper part of the body has a socket outlet, semicircular in shape in a front view, in which the spherical handle is mounted, secured from the bottom with a screw; - three bushings protrude from the upper radial inner surface of the shell body on both sides of the ball handle; - the ball handle has a color contrasting with the color of the furniture handle body.
