Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy stanowi bryla majaca w widoku z góry i od spodu ksztalt soczewki dwu wypuklej , a w widoku z przodu ksztalt kablaka zakonczonego obustronnie stopkami. Przednia i tylna powierzchnie uchwytu stanowia dwa proste odcinki stopek, usytuowane w plaszczyznie poziomej oraz wychodzace z nich powierzchnie klinowo-lukowe zwezajace sie w kierunku jego srodka, którym jest os pionowa, przy czym promienie górnej i dolnej powierzchni zewnetrznej usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie mimosrodowo na tej osi, w wyniku czego przekroje poprzeczne tego uchwytu zmieniaja sie z obu stron w kierunku osi pionowej uchwytu. Górna zewnetrzna powierzchnia uchwytu ma wyjecie promieniowe ze skosnie scietymi bokami krótszymi, w którym umieszczony jest segment uzupelniajacy promien i profil górnej powierzchni zewnetrzna wychodzace od obu stopek, przy czym segment ten ma kolor kontrastujacy z pozostala czescia uchwytu meblowego. Stopki uchwytu w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt identycznych ramek o profilu dwu wypuklyc h soczewek scietych od strony wewnetrznej, w których znajduja sie pionowo usytuowane tulejki z przylegajacymi do nich podluznymi zebrami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go bryla majaca w widoku z góry i od spodu ksztalt soczewki dwu wypuklej , a w widoku z przodu ksztalt kablaka zakonczonego obustronnie stopkami, przy czym przednia i tylna powierzchnie uchwytu stanowia dwa proste odcinki stopek, usytuowane w plaszczyznie poziomej oraz wychodzace z nich powierzchnie klinowo- lukowe zwezajace sie w kierunku jego srodka, którym jest os pionowa, przy czym promienie górnej i dolnej powierzchni zewnetrznej usytuowane sa wzgledem siebiemimosrodowo na tej osi, w wyniku czego przekroje poprzeczne tego uchwytu zmieniaja sie z obu stron w kierunku osi pionowej uchwytu; - górna zewnetrzna powierzchnia uchwytu ma wyjecie promieniowe ze skosnie scietymi bokami krótszymi, w którym umieszczony jest segment uzupelniajacy promien i profil górna powierzchni zewnetrznej wychodzace od obu stopek; - segment uzupelniajacy profil górnej powierzchni zewnetrzna uchwytu ma kolor kontrastujacy z pozostala czescia tego uchwytu; - stopki uchwytu w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt identycznych ramek o profilu dwuwypuklych soczewek scietych od strony wewnetrznej, w których znajduja sie pionowo usytuowane tulejki z przylegajacymi do nich podluznymi zebrami. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the color scheme of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle from below. The furniture handle is a solid shape that resembles a biconvex lens when viewed from above and below, and a cable with feet on both ends when viewed from the front. The front and rear surfaces of the handle consist of two straight foot sections, positioned horizontally, and wedge-shaped surfaces extending from them, tapering towards its center, which is the vertical axis. The radii of the upper and lower outer surfaces are positioned eccentrically relative to each other on this axis, resulting in the cross-sections of the handle changing on both sides towards the handle's vertical axis. The upper outer surface of the handle has a radial opening with obliquely cut shorter sides, which houses a segment complementing the radius and profile of the upper outer surface extending from both feet. This segment is contrasting in color with the rest of the furniture handle. The feet of the handle, seen from below, have the shape of identical frames with the profile of two convex lenses cut on the inside, in which there are vertically arranged sleeves with adjacent longitudinal ribs. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1 and 2 is characterized by the following: - it is a solid having the shape of a biconvex lens in the top and bottom view, and in the front view the shape of a cable terminated with feet on both sides, wherein the front and rear surfaces of the handle are two straight sections of feet, located in a horizontal plane and the wedge-arc surfaces extending from them, narrowing towards its center, which is the vertical axis, wherein the radii of the upper and lower outer surfaces are located eccentrically in relation to each other on this axis, as a result of which the cross-sections of this handle change on both sides in the direction of the vertical axis of the handle; - the upper outer surface of the handle has a radial opening with obliquely cut shorter sides, in which a segment is placed, supplementing the radius and the upper profile of the outer surface extending from both feet; - the segment supplementing the profile of the upper outer surface of the handle has a color contrasting with the rest of the handle; - the feet of the handle, when viewed from below, have the shape of identical frames with a biconvex lens profile, beveled on the inner side, in which there are vertically arranged sleeves with adjacent longitudinal ribs.
