Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy stanowi bryla majaca w widoku od spodu i z góry ksztalt soczewki dwuwypuklej, a w widoku z przodu ksztalt kablaka zakonczonego obustronnie stopkami. Przednia i tylna sciane uchwytu stanowia dwa proste odcinki stopek, usytuowane w plaszczyznie poziomej i skosnie w kierunku konców uchwytu, przy czym wewnetrzne konce tych odcinków polaczone sa poprzez male promienie z dolna linia krzywa o duzym promieniu, a ich zewnetrzne konce równiez poprzez male promienie z górna linia krzywa o duzym promieniu, nad która wystaje powierzchnia elementu ozdobnego, bedaca wycinkiem pierscienia ze scietymi koncami, której górny promien z obu stron przechodzi w promienie male górnej linii krzywej. Górna obustronnie wypukla powierzchnia uchwytu zaopatrzona jest w element ozdobny w ksztalcie w widoku z góry soczewki dwuwypuklej, majacy kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem pozostalej czesci uchwytu. Z kolei stopki uchwytu w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt ramki o profilu zblizonym do trójkata równoramiennego o zaokraglonych narozach, zas w poblizu boków wewnetrznych tego trójkata znajduja sie tulejki z otworem kwadratowym usytuowane pionowo. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the color scheme of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle viewed from below. The furniture handle is a solid shape that resembles a biconvex lens when viewed from below and above, and a cable with feet on both ends when viewed from the front. The front and rear walls of the handle consist of two straight foot sections, arranged horizontally and diagonally toward the ends of the handle. The inner ends of these sections are connected by small radii to a lower curved line with a large radius, and their outer ends are also connected by small radii to an upper curved line with a large radius, above which protrudes the surface of a decorative element, which is a segment of a ring with beveled ends, the upper radius of which merges on both sides into small radii of the upper curved line. The upper, biconvex surface of the handle is provided with a decorative element in the shape of a biconvex lens, seen from above, contrasting in color with the color of the rest of the handle. In turn, the feet of the handle, seen from below, have the shape of a frame with a profile similar to an isosceles triangle with rounded corners, and near the inner sides of this triangle there are sleeves with a square hole, arranged vertically. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle having in front view the shape of a cable terminated with feet on both sides, shown in figures 1 and 2, is characterized in that: - it is a solid having in the bottom and top view the shape of a biconvex lens, and in the front view the shape of a cable terminated with feet on both sides, wherein the front and rear walls of the handle are two straight sections of feet, situated in a horizontal plane and diagonally towards the ends of the handle, wherein the inner ends of these sections are connected by small radii to the lower curved line with a large radius, and their outer ends are also connected by small radii to the upper curved line with a large radius, above which protrudes the surface of the decorative element, being a segment of a ring with cut ends, the upper radius of which on both sides passes into small radii of the upper curved line; - the upper, biconvex surface of the handle is provided with a decorative element in the shape of a biconvex lens in a top view, with a color contrasting with the color of the rest of the handle; - the feet of the handle in a bottom view have the shape of a frame with a profile similar to an isosceles triangle with rounded corners, and near the inner sides of this triangle there are vertically placed sleeves with a square hole.
