Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego formie i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonych fotografiach, które przedstawiaja widok perspektywiczny barku spiralnego. Barek spiralny sklada sie z korpusu, który to korpus od dolu stanowi plaska okragla podstawa, na której znajduje sie pierscien, a od góry korpus zamkniety jest pretem w ksztalcie luku. Scianke korpusu stanowi podwójna spirala utworzona z pretów wychodzacych od pierscienia postawy i których konce w górnej swej czesci polaczone sa lukiem. Po bokach pretów spirali pionowo rozmieszczone sa po trzy okragle pretowe uchwyty do kieliszków. Butelke umieszcza sie wewnatrz spirali, jak pokazano na fig.2. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in its form and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, which present a perspective view of the spiral bar. The spiral bar consists of a body, which at the bottom is a flat, round base on which a ring is located, and at the top, the body is closed by an arc-shaped rod. The wall of the body is a double spiral formed by rods extending from the base ring, the ends of which are connected by an arc at the top. On each side of the spiral rods are vertically arranged three round rod-shaped glass holders. The bottle is placed inside the spiral as shown in Fig. 2. PL PL PL

Claims

Protective claim: A spiral bar characterized in that its body at the bottom is a flat round base on which a ring is located, and at the top the body is closed with an arc-shaped rod, wherein the wall of the body is a double spiral made of rods extending from the base ring, the ends of which are connected by an arc in their upper part, and on both sides of the walls there are three round rod holders for glasses, as shown in Fig.
