Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego formie i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii. Fig. - zdjecie barku z szescioma kieliszkami w widoku perspektywicznym. Barek lukowy do butelki z kranikiem sklada sie z korpusu, który to korpus od dolu stanowia dwie prostokatne podstawki dolna, w ksztalcie plaskiej prostokatnej plytki i górna prostokatna pretowa, od których boków krótszych wychodzi pretowy luk. Na górnej podstawce umieszczona jest butelka z kranikiem i korkiem. Powyzej górnej podstawy, równolegle do niej umocowano pretowa obejme o zarysie prostokatnym, przy czym jej czolowy bok posiada lukowe wygiecie w dól w miejscu odpowiadajacemu pozycji kranika butelki. Z boku korpusu pretowego rozmieszczone sa uchwyty pretowe w ksztalcie kólek, w których umieszczone sa kieliszki. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its form and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph. Fig. - a photograph of the bar with six glasses in a perspective view. The arched bar for a bottle with a tap consists of a body, which from the bottom is formed by two rectangular bases: the lower one, in the shape of a flat rectangular plate, and the upper one, rectangular, bar-shaped, from the shorter sides of which a bar-shaped arch extends. A bottle with a tap and a cork is placed on the upper base. Above the upper base, a rectangular rod clamp is mounted parallel to it, with its front side curved downward at the point corresponding to the bottle's tap. An arched bar for a bottle with a tap, characterized in that the body at the bottom consists of two rectangular bases, the lower base being in the shape of a rectangular plate and the upper base being a rectangular bar, from the shorter sides of which a bar arch extends, wherein a bottle with a tap and a cork is placed on the upper base, and above the upper base, a bar clamp with a rectangular outline is attached parallel to it, wherein its front side has an arched downward bend at the location of the bottle tap, furthermore, on the left side of the bar body there are three double bar holders in the shape of circles, in which six glasses are placed, as shown in Fig. 1
