STOJAK DO SZAMPANA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stojak do szampana. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i elementu zdobniczego. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia zdjecie stojaka w perspektywie, a figura 2 zdjecie stojaka wraz z butelka szampana i dwoma kieliszkami wysokimi do szampana. Zestaw sklada sie z korpusu, który to korpus od dolu polaczony jest okraglym dnem w. postaci preta z przegródkami pretowymi, a od góry korpus zamkniety jest palakiem pretowym w formie luku, który polaczony jest z dwoma sciankami pretowymi w ksztalcie serc. Do jednej scianki bocznej przylaczone sa dwa uchwyty pretowe w formie rozcietych okregów na kieliszki do szampana. PL PL PLCHAMPAGNE STAND The design registration right has been in effect since 1999. The design is for a champagne stand. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and decorative element. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the stand, and Fig. 2 shows the stand with a bottle of champagne and two tall champagne glasses. The set consists of a body connected at the bottom by a round bar-shaped bottom with bar compartments, and at the top by a bar-shaped bow connected to two heart-shaped bar walls. Two bar holders in the form of cut circles for champagne glasses are attached to one side wall. PL PL PL
