Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona oczu, przeznaczona do ochrony oczu. Oslona oczu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie sposród znanych oslon dla oczu nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia oslone oczu w widoku z przodu, w stanie rozlozonym, fig. 2 - oslone oczu w widoku z góry, w stanie rozlozonym, przy czym widok oslony w stanie rozlozonym z dolu jest taki sam, fig.3 - oslone oczu w widoku z boku w stanie rozlozonym, przy czym widok tej oslony z przeciwnego boku jest taki sam i fig. 4 przedstawia oslone oczu w widoku perspektywicznym z góry z prawej strony. Oslona oczu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma w stanie rozlozonym ksztalt zblizony w widoku z przodu do wydluzonej i splaszczonej elipsy zawierajacej posrodku przy dolnej krawedzi wybranie o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata z zaokraglonym górnym wierzcholkiem. Oslona oczu w stanieuzytkowania jest lukowato wygieta ku uzytkownikowi w ksztalt zblizony do litery C. The eye shield according to the industrial design stands out from known eye shields due to its new shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the eye shield in a front, unfolded view; Fig. 2 shows the eye shield in a top, unfolded view, the bottom view of the eye shield being the same; Fig. 3 shows the eye shield in a side, unfolded view, the opposite side view being the same; and Fig. 4 shows the eye shield in a perspective view from above and to the right. The industrial design eye shield, when unfolded, has a shape similar to that of an elongated and flattened ellipse in the front view, with a recess in the middle at the lower edge, similar to a triangle with a rounded upper apex. The eye shield in the state of use is bent in an arcuate manner towards the user in a shape similar to the letter C. The essential features of the industrial design are that the eye shield according to the industrial design, in the unfolded state, has a shape similar to an elongated and flattened ellipse in the front view, having in the center at the lower edge a recess in the shape similar to a triangle with a rounded upper vertex, and the eye shield in the state of use is bent in an arcuate manner towards the user in a shape similar to the letter C, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-fig. 4.
