Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka korzystnie porcelanowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widok czolowy wyrobu porcelanowego prezentuje Fig. 1 , a na Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 ukazano widoki figurki z boku. Wyrób porcelanowy moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia figurke symbolizujaca postac damy z wachlarzami. Ze srodkowej czesci korpusu figurki, stanowiacego zebrana w talii suknie damy wyprowadzono plaszczyzny , które przedstawiaja dól sukni o owalnym ksztalcie i góre sukni zaopatrzona w obfite rekawy. Konce obu rekawów sukni imituja uniesione w górze wachlarze, których pólkoliste zakonczenia usytuowane sa na wysokosci owalnego zwienczenia figurki uwidaczniajacego glowe kobiecej sylwetki. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a general overview in the attached illustrations. The front view of the porcelain product is presented in Fig. 1, while Figs. 2 and 3 show side views of the figurine. The porcelain product can be made in any color. Essential features of the industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by depicting a figurine symbolizing the figure of a lady with fans. From the central part of the figurine's body, which is the lady's dress gathered at the waist, planes are derived, representing the lower part of the oval-shaped dress and the upper part of the dress with ample sleeves. The ends of both sleeves of the dress imitate raised fans, whose semicircular ends are situated at the height of the figurine's oval finial revealing the head of a female silhouette.
