Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka korzystnie porcelanowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widok czolowy i widok z tylu wyrobu porcelanowego zaprezentowano na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2, a na Fig. 3 ukazano widok wyrobu z boku. Wyrób porcelanowy moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia figurke symbolizujaca kobiete o ekscentrycznej sylwetce, która znamionuje to, ze tors jej ciala odchylony jest nieco do tylu i przechylony wyraznie na bok w ten sposób, ze jego plaszczyzna tworzy kat ostry z plaszczyzna jej nóg, przy czym ich linia jest równolegla do linii ramienia jednej reki i linii przedramienia drugiej reki. Figurka zwienczona jest owalnym ksztaltem, który wyobraza glowe kobiety z narzuconym nan woalem. Kobieca postac obleczona jest w dopasowana suknie. U podstawy figurki stanowiacej dól owej sukni spoczywaja symetrycznie wzgledem siebie dwie zaokraglone wypustki imitujace damskie obuwie. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is generally shown in the attached illustrations. The front and back views of the porcelain product are presented in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, while Fig. 3 shows a side view of the product. The porcelain product can be made in any color. Essential features of the industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by depicting a figurine symbolizing a woman with an eccentric silhouette, characterized by her torso tilted slightly backward and clearly tilted to the side, so that its plane forms an acute angle with the plane of her legs, with their line parallel to the line of the shoulder of one arm and the line of the forearm of the other. The figurine is topped with an oval shape, representing a woman's head with a veil draped over it. The female figure is dressed in a fitted dress. At the base of the figurine, which forms the bottom of the dress, rest two symmetrically rounded projections imitating women's shoes.
