Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka korzystnie porcelanowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widok z przodu i z tylu zaprezentowano na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2, a na Fig. 3 ukazano widok figurki z boku. Glowa kobiety jest odchylona do tylu i uformowana na owalnym korpusie, który tworzy takze jej tors, rece i nogi, przy czym wyprowadzone z górnego odcinka korpusu elementy uwidaczniajace uniesione do góry ramiona kobiety, pozostaja równolegle do linii torsu, a poprzez elementy o zarysie dloni stykaja sie z nieregularna plaszczyzna imitujacajej wlosy. Uksztaltowanie figurki kobiecej sylwetki przypomina litere U. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in general terms in the attached illustrations. The front and back views are presented in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, while Fig. 3 shows a side view of the figurine. The porcelain product can be made in any color. Essential features of an industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by the fact that it depicts a figurine representing a female figure in a kneeling position. The woman's head is tilted back and formed on an oval body, which also forms her torso, arms, and legs. Elements extending from the upper part of the body, revealing the woman's raised arms, remain parallel to the torso line, and through the hand-shaped elements, they touch an irregular plane imitating her hair.
