Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie plastikowego pojemnika na detergenty. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia plastikowy pojemnik na detergenty w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- plastikowy pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- plastikowy pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig.4- plastikowy pojemnik w widoku z góry. Plastikowy pojemnik na detergenty wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac kapsuly, w której czesc górna ma ksztalt ostroslupascietego, którego podstawa ma zaokraglone naroza, zas czesc dolna stanowi powierzchnie wypukla, przy czym na linii podzialowej pomiedzy obu czesciami znajduje sie wypustka w postaci falbanki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.4. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the plastic detergent container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the plastic detergent container, fig. 2 - a front view of the plastic container, fig. 3 - a side view of the plastic container, and fig. 4 - a top view of the plastic container. A plastic detergent container of industrial design has the following essential features: it has the form of a capsule, the upper part of which is in the shape of a truncated pyramid, the base of which has rounded corners, while the lower part is a convex surface, and on the dividing line between both parts there is a projection in the form of a ruffle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 4.
