Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pudelka, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i barwie. Pudelko wedlug wzoru jest wykonane z jednego arkusza kartonu, tektury lub tworzywa sztucznego, i jest zaopatrzone w dwie klapki u góry i u dolu, sluzace do jego otwierania i wyjecia produktu. Pudelko przedstawione na fig. 1 do fig. 7 ma postac prostopadloscianu, o podstawie i bokach w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czymboki pudelka z przodu i z tylu maja postac prostokata o dluzszych krótkich bokach. Pudelko jest zaopatrzone z przodu i z tylu w dwa, równolegle do dluzszych boków, wyciecia w ksztalcie waskiego prostokata, przy czym w wycieciach tych jest osadzone wewnetrzne opakowanie produktu, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego. Z przodu w górnej czesci pomiedzy wycieciami znajduje sie prostokatne miejsce, przeznaczone do umieszczenia nazwy produktu i producenta. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia pudelka jest chropowata, przy czym z przodu prostokatne miejsce pomiedzy wycieciami jest gladkie, natomiast z tylu pudelko jest zaopatrzone w gladka powierzchnie do okolo trzech czwartych wysokosci pudelka od dolu oraz - w gladkie miejsce w ksztalcie malego prostokata, w górnej czesci pomiedzy wycieciami, zas od dolu na srodku - w prostokatna gladka powierzchnie. Pudelko jest korzystnie wykonane w kolorze ciemnym, natomiast wewnetrzne opakowanie, widoczne w wycieciach pudelka - w kolorze jasnym, korzystnie bialym. The essence of the design is a new form of the box, manifesting itself in its shape, surface properties, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the box, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the box, Fig. 3 shows the same box from the front, Fig. 4 shows the same box from the back, Fig. 5 shows one side view of the box, Fig. 6 shows the same box from above, and Fig. 7 shows the same box from below. The box, according to the design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, paperboard, or plastic and is provided with two flaps at the top and bottom, used for opening and removing the product. The box shown in Figures 1 to 7 is in the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and sides, with the front and back sides being rectangular with longer sides and shorter sides. The box is provided at the front and back with two narrow rectangular cutouts parallel to the longer sides, with the inner plastic product packaging embedded in these cutouts. At the top of the front, between the cutouts, is a rectangular area for the product name and manufacturer. The outer surface of the box is rough, with the rectangular space between the cutouts at the front being smooth, while the back of the box is provided with a smooth surface up to approximately three-quarters of the box's height from the bottom, and a smooth space in the shape of a small rectangle at the top between the cutouts, and a rectangular smooth surface at the bottom in the middle.
