Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika. Pojemnik stosowany jest jako dozownik srodków czyszczacych lub pioracych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: obejmuje kapsule oraz podstawke, przy czym kapsula ma ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, którego krawe-dzie i naroza sa zaokraglone i który ma plaski kolnierz prze- biegajacy wokól wiekszej podstawy, zas podstawka przylega od spodu do kolnierza i ma, w widoku z dolu, zarys prostokata, którego naroza sa lukowato zaokraglone. Wnetrze czesci górnej pojemnika wypelnia srodek czyszczacy uformowany w ksztalt ostroslupa scietego z zaokraglonymi krawedziami i narozami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 3.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 PLContainer The design registration right is valid from: 20 September 2002. Priority: 23 March 2002 (Great Britain). The subject of the industrial design is a container. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the container. The container is used as a dispenser for cleaning or laundry agents. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container in a top view, and Fig. 3 - the container in a side view. The container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it comprises a capsule and a base, wherein the capsule has the shape of a truncated pyramid whose edges and corners are rounded and which has a flat flange running around the larger base, while the base adheres to the flange from below and has, when viewed from below, the outline of a rectangle whose corners are rounded in an arc. The interior of the upper part of the container is filled with a cleaning agent formed in the shape of a truncated pyramid with rounded edges and corners, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 3.
