Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz jego materiale. Pojemnik stosowany jest jako dozownik srodków czyszczacych lub pioracych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: obejmuje czesc dolna majaca ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, którego krawedzie i naroza sa zaokraglo-ne oraz czesc górna majaca ksztalt prostopadloscianu z zao- kraglonymi krawedziami i narozami, a na krawedzi styku pomie- dzy czescia dolna i górna przebiega obwodowy kolnierz majacy zarys prostokata, którego naroza sa lukowato zaokraglone, przy czym pojemnik wykonany jest z polimeru rozpuszczalnego w wodzie, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 3.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 PL PLContainer The design registration right is valid from: 20 September 2002. Priority: 23 March 2002 (Great Britain). The subject of the industrial design is a container. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the container and its material. The container is used as a dispenser for cleaning or laundry agents. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container in a top view, and Fig. 3 - the container in a side view. The container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it comprises a lower part in the shape of a truncated pyramid, the edges and corners of which are rounded, and an upper part in the shape of a cuboid with rounded edges and corners, and on the edge of the contact between the lower and upper parts there runs a circumferential flange in the shape of a rectangle, the corners of which are arcuately rounded, wherein the container is made of a water-soluble polymer, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 3.FIG. 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 PL PL
