Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania wody mineralnej i zródlanej dla celów konsumpcyj- nych, oraz innych plynów spozywczych i uzytkowych. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znany pojemnik o takim wzorze pobocznicy i podstawy. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze elastyczna jego wielokatna w poziomie uksztaltowana pobocznice, utwo- rzono z polaczonych ze soba wkleslo wypuklych figur geometrycznych w ksztalcie zestawionych podstawami i bokami trójkatów. U góry pojemnik ma przewezenie w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego mniejsza podstawa ma szyjke w ksztalcie walca z kolnierzem. Podstawe pojemnika tworza wystepy w ksztalcie zestawionych ze soba podstawami trójkaty. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przed stawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia podstawe pojem- nika w widoku od dolu. U góry pojemnik ma przewezenie w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego mniejsza podstawa maszyjke w ksztalcie walcowa z kolnierzem, natomiast podstawe pojemnika tworza wystepy w ksztalcie zestawionych ze soba podstawami trójkaty. The container, according to the industrial design, is characterized by its flexible, horizontally polygonal side, formed from interconnected concave-convex geometric figures in the shape of triangles juxtaposed at their bases and sides. At the top, the container has a narrowing in the shape of a truncated cone, the smaller base of which has a cylindrical neck with a flange. The base of the container is formed by protrusions in the shape of triangles juxtaposed at their bases. The container according to the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the container base from the bottom. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the container has a flexible, horizontally shaped polygonal sidewall, formed from interconnected concave-convex geometric figures in the shape of triangles juxtaposed at their bases and sides.
