Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób monitorowania maszyny górniczej do wykonywania wrębów w ścianowym systemie wydobywczym, przy czym maszyna górnicza do wykonywania wrębów zawiera kombajn, mający pierwszą głowicę urabiającą i drugą głowicę urabiającą, przy czym sposób ten obejmuje odbieranie przez procesor danych dotyczących położenia kombajnu w trakcie cyklu wrębiania. Dane dotyczące profilu horyzontu zawierają informacje dotyczące co najmniej jednego elementu z grupy obejmującej położenie i kąt kombajnu, położenie pierwszej głowicy urabiającej i położenie drugiej głowicy urabiającej. Sposób ten obejmuje ponadto analizę danych dotyczących położenia kombajnu przez procesor w celu określania, czy doszło do błędu położenia podczas cyklu wrębiania w oparciu o to, czy obliczone dane profilu horyzontu mieściły się w zakresie zwykłych parametrów roboczych w trakcie cyklu wrębiania, jak również generowanie alarmu w razie stwierdzenia błędu położenia w trakcie cyklu wrębiania.
