Abstract
Способы и системы для обнаружения нарушения нормальной работы долота на забое при прохождении буровым долотом подземного пласта, содержащие прием множества параметров бурения, характеризующих буровую операцию в стволе скважины, и вычисление агрессивности (μ)бурового долота в каждой из множества точек во время бурения, при этом каждая точка соответствует времени, глубине или обеим приведенным переменным. В каждой из множества точек вычисляют глубину резания (DOC), производнуюпо времени от агрессивности бурового долота, вычисляемую как dμ/dt. Создают двумерное представление данных множества точек, содержащее значение μ по одному измерению и значение DOC, значениеили и то, и другое по другому измерению. Из двумерного представления данных выделяют особенности данных и идентифицируют нарушение нормальной работы долота на забое посредством сравнения выделенных особенностей данных с предварительно заданными критериями.
