Abstract

Mediciones de densidad de la formación en la presencia de invasión de fluidos de perforación. Al menos algunas de las modalidades ilustrativas son métodos que incluyen: irradiar una formación con rayos gamma desde una fuente de rayos gamma, en donde el fluido de perforación ha invadido la formación, y en donde el Pe que el fluido de perforación que ha invadido la formación es mayor que el Pe de la formación; determinar un primer valor indicativo de un parámetro de la formación; determinar un segundo valor indicativo de un parámetro de la formación; determinar un tercer valor, el tercer valor se determina con base en los rayos gamma en un rango de energía diferente al que se utiliza para determinar el primer valor; y calcular, utilizando el primer, segundo, y tercer valores, información tal como un separador, una porosidad de la formación, una densidad de la formación antes de la invasión por el fluido de perforación, y profundidad de invasión radial del fluido de perforación dentro de la formación.
