Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju osiowym. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt bryly skorupowej w ksztalcie kuli podzielonej w osi symetrii pozioma linia podzialu na dwie czasze pólkuliste, z których dolna posiada odsadzenie tulejowe. Górna czasza pólkulista na swym czole posiada obwodowy rowek, a na wewnetrznej powierzchni ma tulejke, usytuowana w pionowej osi obrotu tej czaszy, oraz równolegle usytuowany obok niej oporowy element walcowy, który wraz z tulejka wystaje ponad czolo tej czaszy, natomiast dolna czasza pólkulista na swym czole posiada obwodowy wystep, a w osi jej odsadzenia tulejowego ma otwór kolowy, zas na wewnetrznej powierzchni posiada oporowy element walcowy, równolegle usytuowany do tej osi i wystajacy ponad czolo czaszy, analogiczny jak w górnej czaszy pólkuli stej, przy czym w obwodowym rowku górnej czaszy umieszczony jest obwodowy wystep dolnej czaszy, a koniec tulejki górnej czaszy umieszczony jest w otworze osiowym dolnej czaszy i jej tulejki, zas oporowe elementy walcowe obu czasz stykaja sie z soba uniemozliwiajac ich dalszy obrót wzgledem siebie. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the same handle viewed from below, and Fig. 3 the same handle in axial cross-section. The furniture handle has the shape of a shell-shaped solid in the shape of a sphere, divided along the axis of symmetry by a horizontal dividing line into two hemispherical bowls, the lower of which has a sleeve-like offset. The upper hemispherical bowl has a circumferential groove on its front and a sleeve on its inner surface, located in the vertical axis of rotation of this bowl, and a parallel cylindrical resistance element located next to it, which together with the sleeve protrudes above the front of this bowl, while the lower hemispherical bowl has a circumferential protrusion on its front and a circular hole in the axis of its sleeve offset, and on its inner surface it has a cylindrical resistance element, located parallel to this axis and protruding above the front of the bowl, analogous to the upper hemispherical bowl, wherein the circumferential protrusion of the lower bowl is located in the circumferential groove of the upper bowl, and the end of the sleeve of the upper bowl is located in the axial hole of the lower bowl and its sleeve, and the cylindrical resistance elements of both bowls contact each other, preventing their further rotation relative to each other. Essential features of the industrial design The spherical furniture handle, shown in fig. 1-3, is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a spherical shell-shaped solid divided on the axis of symmetry by a horizontal dividing line into two hemispherical bowls, the lower one of which has a sleeve-shaped offset; - the upper hemispherical bowl has a circumferential groove on its front, and on its inner surface it has a sleeve located in the vertical axis of rotation of the bowl, and a parallel cylindrical resistance element located next to it, which together with the sleeve protrudes above the front of this bowl, while the lower hemispherical bowl has a circumferential protrusion on its front, and in the axis of its sleeve offset it has a circular hole, and on its inner surface it has a cylindrical resistance element located parallel to this axis and protruding above the front of the bowl, analogous to the upper hemispherical bowl, wherein the circumferential protrusion of the lower bowl is located in the circumferential groove of the upper bowl, and the end of the sleeve of the upper bowl is located in the axial hole of the lower bowl and its sleeve, and the cylindrical resistance elements of both bowls are in contact with each other.
