Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i fakturze powierzchni zewnetrznej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - odmiane uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - przekrój osiowy uchwytu pokazanego na fig. 1, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - przekrój osiowy uchwytu pokazanego na fig. 2, a fig. 6 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1, 3 i 4 sklada sie z elementu tulejowego o ksztalcie stozka scietego z dolnym dnem i wystajaca z niego, osiowo usytuowana, wewnetrzna tulejka walcowa, posiadajacego na swej powierzchni zewnetrznej obwodowe karby i rowki o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach i dnach, tworzace w przekroju osiowym linie faliste oraz przyslaniajacej ten element kopuly, która stanowi obwodowy kolnierz cylindryczny, polaczony promieniowo z wycinkiem czaszy kulistej, zaopatrzonej w osiowo usytuowana w niej tulejke i usytuowany równolegle do niej element walcowy, przy czym tulejka ta jest umieszczona w dennej tulejce walcowej tulejowego elementu stozkowego. W odmianie wykonania uchwytu meblowego pokazanej na fig. 2, 5 i 6 tulejowy element uchwytu w ksztalcie stozka scietego na swej powierzchni zewnetrznej posiada fakture siatkowa, utworzona przez wykonane kanalki usytuowane wzgledem siebie pod katem 45° oraz wystepy o ksztalcie zblizonym do równolegloboków. The furniture handle shown in Fig. 1, 3 and 4 consists of a sleeve element in the shape of a truncated cone with a lower bottom and an axially located internal cylindrical sleeve protruding from it, having on its external surface circumferential notches and grooves with rounded tops and bottoms, forming wavy lines in the axial cross-section, and a dome covering this element, which is a circumferential cylindrical flange, radially connected to a section of a spherical cap, provided with an axially located sleeve therein and a cylindrical element situated parallel to it, wherein the sleeve is placed in the bottom cylindrical sleeve of the conical sleeve element. In the furniture handle variant shown in Fig. 2, 5 and 6, the sleeve element of the handle in the shape of a truncated cone has a mesh texture on its outer surface, created by channels arranged at an angle of 45° to each other and protrusions in a shape similar to parallelograms. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1-6 is characterized by the following: - it consists of a sleeve element in the shape of a truncated cone with a lower bottom and an axially located internal cylindrical sleeve protruding from it, having on its external surface circumferential notches and grooves with rounded tops and bottoms, forming wavy lines in the axial cross-section, and a dome covering this element, which is a circumferential cylindrical flange, radially connected to a section of a spherical cap, provided with an axially located sleeve in it and a cylindrical element situated parallel to it, wherein this sleeve is placed in the bottom cylindrical sleeve of the conical sleeve element; - the sleeve element of the handle in the shape of a truncated cone has a texture on its external surface mesh, formed by channels arranged at a 45-degree angle to each other and protrusions with a shape similar to parallelograms.
