Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy z galka kulista w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego z galka owalna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - druga odmiane uchwytu meblowego z galka stozkowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 1 w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 2 w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym a fig. 6 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 3 w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 4 ma stopke w ksztalcie czaszy kulistej scietej walcowo na swym obrzezu, z osiowym otworem kolowym i scieta wokól niego powierzchnia, na której spoczywa element kulisty, spelniajacy funkcje uchwytu, polaczony z ta stopka za pomoca wkreta poprzez je j otwór osiowy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a furniture handle with a spherical knob, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the first variant of a furniture handle with an oval knob, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the second variant of a furniture handle with a conical knob, Fig. 4 shows the handle shown in Fig. 1 in an unfolded perspective view, Fig. 5 shows the handle shown in Fig. 2 in an unfolded perspective view, and Fig. 6 shows the handle shown in Fig. 3 in an unfolded perspective view. The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1 and 4 has a foot in the shape of a spherical cap, cylindrically truncated at its periphery, with an axial circular hole and a surface truncated around it, on which rests a spherical element, fulfilling the function of the handle, connected to the foot by a screw through its axial hole. In the first variant of the furniture handle shown in Figs. 2 and 5, on the truncated surface of the foot in the shape of an analogous spherical cap, rests an element that is a solid of revolution with a front profile close to an oval. In the second variant of the furniture handle shown in Fig. 3 and 6, on the truncated surface of the foot in the shape of an analogous spherical cap, there rests an element which is a solid of revolution with a profile consisting of an inverted truncated cone with a rounded rim of its base in the shape of a spherical cap. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle consisting of a foot and a gripping part in the shape of a solid of revolution, shown in figures 1-6, is characterized in that: - it has a foot in the shape of a spherical cap, cylindrically truncated on its periphery, with an axial circular hole and a surface truncated around it, on which the spherical element rests, as shown in figures 1 and 3; - on the truncated surface of the foot in the shape of a spherical cap, there rests an element which is a solid of revolution with a profile at the front close to an oval, as shown in figures 2 and 5; - on the truncated surface of the foot in the shape of a spherical cap, there rests an element which is a solid of revolution with a profile consisting of an inverted truncated cone with a rounded rim of its base, having the shape of a spherical cap, as shown in Figures 3 and 6.
