Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy z galka kulista w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego z galka owalna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane uchwytu meblowego z galka stozkowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 1 w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 2 w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - uchwyt pokazany na fig. 3 w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 7 - stopke stozkowa uchwytów pokazanych na fig. 1-6 w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1, 4 i 7 ma stopke w ksztalcie tulejowego stozka scietego, zakonczonego przy podstawie pierscieniowa powierzchnia walcowa, wewnatrz której znajduje sie osiowo usytuowana tulejka walcowa. Na scieta powierzchni stozka spoczywa element kulisty, spelniajacy funkcje uchwytu, polaczony ze stopka za pomoca wkreta umieszczonego w tulejce walcowej tej stopki. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania uchwytu meblowego pokazana na fig. 2, 5 i 7 na scietej powierzchni stopki analogicznej jak w uchwycie pokazanym na fig. 1, 4 i 7 spoczywa element, który stanowi bryla obrotowa o profilu z przodu zblizonym do owalu. W drugiej odmianie wykonania uchwytu meblowego pokazana na fig. 3, 6 i 7 na scietej powierzchni stopki analogicznej jak w uchwycie pokazanym na fig. 1, 4 i 7 spoczywa element, który stanowi bryla obrotowa o profilu zblizonym do odwróconego stozka scietego z zaokraglonym obrzezem jego podstawy, majacej ksztalt czaszy kulistej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony ze stopki i galki, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1-7, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma stopke w ksztalcie tulejowego stozka scietego, zakonczonego przy podstawie pierscieniowa powierzchnia walcowa, wewnatrz której znajduje sie osiowo usytuowana tulejka walcowa, przy czym na scietej powierzchni stozka spoczywa element kulisty;- na scietej powierzchni stopki spoczywa element, który stanowi bryla obrotowa o profilu z przodu zblizonym do owalu; - na scietej powierzchni stopki spoczywa element, który stanowi bryla obrotowa o profilu zblizonym do odwróconego stozka scietego z zaokraglonym obrzezem jego podstawy, majacej ksztalt czaszy kulista. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a furniture handle with a spherical knob, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the first variant of a furniture handle with an oval knob, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the third variant of a furniture handle with a conical knob, Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the handle shown in Fig. 1 in an unfolded state, Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the handle shown in Fig. 2 in an unfolded state, Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the handle shown in Fig. 3 in an unfolded state, and Fig. 7 shows the conical foot of the handles shown in Figs. 1-6 in an underside view. The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1, 4, and 7 has a foot in the shape of a truncated cone-shaped sleeve, terminating at the base in an annular cylindrical surface, within which an axially located cylindrical sleeve is located. A spherical element, fulfilling the handle function, rests on the truncated surface of the cone and is connected to the foot by a screw inserted into the cylindrical sleeve of the foot. In the first variant of the furniture handle shown in Figs. 2, 5, and 7, an element, which is a solid of revolution with a front profile similar to that of the handle shown in Figs. 1, 4, and 7, rests on the truncated surface of the foot, similar to that of the handle shown in Figs. 1, 4, and 7. In the second variant of the furniture handle shown in Figs. 3, 6, and 7, on the beveled surface of a foot analogous to the handle shown in Figs. 1, 4, and 7, rests an element which is a solid of revolution with a profile similar to an inverted truncated cone with a rounded rim at its base, which is in the shape of a spherical cap. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle composed of a foot and a knob, shown in Figs. 1-7, is characterized in that: - it has a foot in the shape of a truncated cone-shaped sleeve, terminating at the base in an annular cylindrical surface, inside which there is an axially located cylindrical sleeve, wherein a spherical element rests on the beveled surface of the cone; - on the beveled surface of the foot rests an element which is a solid of revolution with a front profile similar to an oval; - on the bevelled surface of the foot rests an element which is a solid of revolution with a profile similar to an inverted truncated cone with a rounded rim of its base, having the shape of a spherical cap.
