Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie zlozonym w przekroju pionowym. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt bryly skorupowa o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego walca z obwodowym górnym kolnierzem, zlozona z górnego elementu pierscieniowego z dnem, bedacym fragmentem czaszy kulista o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy zewnetrznej tego elementu oraz dolnego elementu pierscieniowego z dnem, osadzonego na dolnej czesci górnego elementu pierscieniowego. Dno górnego elementu pierscieniowego ma wyjecie w ksztalcie pólokregu z zaokraglonymi dwoma narozami, a na jego tworzacej posiada dwa kanalki obwodowe, z których jeden usytuowany jest tuz pod kolnierzem, a drugi w poblizu dolnego konca tej tworzacej, natomiast dolny element pierscieniowy z dnem na górnym koncu swa wewnetrzna powierzchni ma obwodowy wystep, który umieszczony jest w dolnym kanalku górnego elementu pierscieniowego. Wyjecie górnego elementu pierscieniowego ma wewnetrzne odsadzenie obwodowe, a na zewnetrznej powierzchni tego elementu znajduja sie dwa kanalki obwodowe oraz cztery wyjecia usytuowane pionowo i równomiernie na obwodzie tego elementu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy wykonany w ksztalcie splaszczonego walca, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt bryly skorupowej o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego walca z obwodowym górnym kolnierzem, zlozona z górnego elementu pierscieniowego z dnem, bedacym fragmentem czaszy kulistej o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy zewnetrznej tego elementu oraz dolnego elementu pierscieniowego z dnem, osadzonego na dolnej czesci górnego elementu pierscieniowego; - dno górnego elementu pierscieniowego ma wyjecie w ksztalcie pólokregu z zaokraglonymi dwoma narozami, a na jego tworzacej posiada dwa kanalki obwodowe, z których jeden usytuowany jest tuz pod kolnierzem, a drugi w poblizu dolnego konca tej tworzacej, natomiast dolny element pierscieniowy z dnem na górnym koncu swejwewnetrznej powierzchni ma obwodowy wystep, który umieszczony jest w dolnym kanalku górnego elementu pierscieniowego; - wyjecie górnego elementu pierscieniowego ma wewnetrzne odsadzenie obwodowe, a na zewnetrznej powierzchni tego elementu znajduja sie dwa kanalki obwodowe oraz cztery wyjecia usytuowane pionowo i równomiernie na obwodzie tego elementu. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in an unfolded perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a folded vertical cross-section. The furniture handle has a shell-like shape, roughly resembling a flattened cylinder with a circumferential upper flange, composed of an upper annular element with a bottom, which is a fragment of a spherical bowl with a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of this element, and a lower annular element with a bottom, mounted on the lower part of the upper annular element. The bottom of the upper annular element has a semicircular opening with two rounded corners, and its generatrix has two circumferential channels, one located just below the flange and the other near the lower end of the generatrix. The lower annular element with a bottom at its upper end has a circumferential projection on its inner surface, which is positioned in the lower channel of the upper annular element. The upper annular element's opening has an internal circumferential shoulder, and the outer surface of this element has two circumferential channels and four openings arranged vertically and evenly around the circumference of the element. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle made in the shape of a flattened cylinder, shown in figures 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a shell-like solid with a shape similar to a flattened cylinder with a circumferential upper flange, composed of an upper ring element with a bottom, which is a fragment of a spherical cap with a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of this element, and a lower ring element with a bottom, mounted on the lower part of the upper ring element; - the bottom of the upper annular element has a semicircular opening with two rounded corners, and on its generating line it has two circumferential channels, one of which is located just below the flange and the other near the lower end of the generating line, while the lower annular element with a bottom at the upper end of its inner surface has a circumferential projection, which is placed in the lower channel of the upper annular element; - the opening of the upper annular element has an internal circumferential shoulder, and on the outer surface of this element there are two circumferential channels and four openings located vertically and evenly around the circumference of this element.
