Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga mebla o regulowanej wysokosci. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów tworzacych noge mebla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia noge mebla w przekroju osiowym, fig. 2 - korpus nogi mebla w przekroju osiowym, fig. 3 - stopke nogi mebla w przekroju osiowym, fig. 4 - te sama stopke w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - korpus nogi w widoku z góiy, a fig. 6 - noge mebla w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym. Noge mebla wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi korpus I, majacy ksztalt zewnetrzny zblizony do paraboloidy eliptycznej ze scietym wierzcholkiem i profilowym wyjeciem bocznym 2 o profilu paraboli oraz polaczona z nim rozlacznie stopka 3. W osi korpusu i znajduje sie trójstopniowa tulejka polaczona w dolnej czesci z jego paraboloidalnym plaszczem zewnetrznym 5 oraz tworzaca monolit z tym plaszczem. Srodkowy stopien trójstopniowej tulejki 4 ma gwint wewnetrzny 6, a stopien górny tej tulejki o najmniejszej srednicy i wystajacy na zewnatrz plaszcza 5 ma na swej powierzchni zewnetrznej podluzne karby 7, przy czym pomiedzy paraboloidalnym plaszczem zewnetrznym 5 i dolna czescia tej tulejki znajduja sie trzy zebra 8 usytuowane w osiach symetrii tego plaszcza. Z kolei stopka 3 nogi mebla ma ksztalt dwustopniowej tulejki, której dolny koniec o srednicy wiekszej polaczony jest z jej podstawa 9 o ksztalcie pierscieniowej czaszy z zaokraglonym obrzezem, posiadajaca cztery zebra 10 usytuowane na jej wewnetrznej powierzchni w osiach jej symetrii, natomiast górny koniec dwustopniowej tulejki o srednicy mniejszej ma gwint zewnetrzny H wkrecany w gwint wewnetrzny 6 korpusu 1 nogi mebla, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1-6.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Noga mebla, przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1-6, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi ja korpus, majacy ksztalt zewnetrzny zblizony do paraboloidy eliptycznej ze scietym wierzcholkiem i profilowym ozdobnym wyjeciem bocznym o ksztalcie paraboli oraz polaczona z nim stopka; - w osi korpusu znajduje sie trójstopniowa tulejka, polaczona w dolnej czesci z jego paraboloidalnym plaszczem zewnetrznym, tworzaca monolit z tym plaszczem; - srodkowy stopien trójstopniowej tulejki ma gwint wewnetrzny, a jej stopien górny o najmniejszej srednicy, wystajacy na zewnatrz plaszcza korpusu, ma na swej powierzchni zewnetrznej podluzne karby; - stopka nogi mebla ma ksztalt dwustopniowej tulejki, której dolny koniec o srednicy wiekszej polaczony jest z podstawa o ksztalcie pierscieniowej czaszy z zaokraglonym obrzezem, przy czym górny koniec tej tulejki ma gwint zewnetrzny wkrecony w gwint wewnetrzny korpusu nogi mebla.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 PLThe industrial design is a height-adjustable furniture leg. The design's novel and original form is reflected in the shape of the elements that make up the furniture leg. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in an axial cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the body of the furniture leg in an axial cross-section, Fig. 3 shows the foot of the furniture leg in an axial cross-section, Fig. 4 shows the same foot from below, Fig. 5 shows the body of the leg in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the unfolded furniture leg in a perspective view. The furniture leg according to the industrial design comprises a body I, having an external shape similar to an elliptical paraboloid with a truncated top and a profiled lateral outlet 2 with a parabolic profile, and a foot 3 detachably connected to it. In the body axis I there is a three-stage sleeve connected in its lower part to its parabolic outer casing 5 and forming a monolith with this casing. The middle stage of the three-stage sleeve 4 has an internal thread 6, and the upper stage of this sleeve, with the smallest diameter and protruding outward from the casing 5, has longitudinal notches 7 on its external surface, wherein between the parabolic outer casing 5 and the lower part of this sleeve there are three ribs 8 located in the axes of symmetry of this casing. In turn, the foot 3 of the furniture leg has the shape of a two-stage sleeve, the lower end of which, with a larger diameter, is connected to its base 9, in the shape of a ring-shaped bowl with a rounded rim, having four ribs 10 situated on its inner surface in the axes of its symmetry, while the upper end of the two-stage sleeve, with a smaller diameter, has an external thread H screwed into the internal thread 6 of the body 1 of the furniture leg, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1-6. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg, shown in the attached drawing fig. 1-6, is characterized in that: - it consists of a body having an external shape similar to an elliptical paraboloid with a truncated top and a profiled decorative side opening in the shape of a parabola, and a foot connected to it; - in the body axis there is a three-stage sleeve, connected in the lower part to its paraboloidal outer casing, forming a monolith with this casing; - the middle stage of the three-stage sleeve has an internal thread, and its upper stage with the smallest diameter, protruding outside the body casing, has longitudinal notches on its outer surface; - the foot of the furniture leg has the shape of a two-stage sleeve, the lower end of which has a larger diameter is connected to a base in the shape of a ring-shaped bowl with a rounded rim, and the upper end of this sleeve has an external thread screwed into the internal thread of the furniture leg body.
