Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z metalu oraz ze szkla, korzystnie ze stopu typu „znal" stanowiacy wyposazenie elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w materiale i strukturze jego górnej, galkowej czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 uchwyt me- blowy jednopunktowy z galka wieloboczna w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na rysunku fig. 1 i 2 stanowi korpus metalowy spelniajacy funkcje stopki uchwytu wykonanej w ksztalcie hiperboloidy obrotowej zakonczonej u dolu czescia walcowa z osiowym nagwintowanym otworem montazowym wykonanym w jej okraglym dnie, a w górnym czole tej stopki osadzona jest galka szklana spelniajaca funkcje czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu. Galka szklana tego uchwytu ma kulista powierzchnie zewnetrzna i wykonana jest z materialu przezroczyste- go posiadajacego na calej swej powierzchni elementy o nieregularnych ksztaltach wielobocznych, stanowiacych wzorzysta strukture. The new and original form of the industrial design is visible in its shape and in the material and structure of its upper, knob-like gripping part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a single-point furniture handle with a polygonal knob in a front view, and Fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view. The furniture handle shown in Figures 1 and 2 comprises a metal body that serves as a handle foot, shaped like a hyperboloid of rotation, terminated at the bottom with a cylindrical section and an axial threaded mounting hole in its circular base. A glass knob is embedded in the upper face of this foot, serving as the gripping portion of the handle. The glass knob of this handle has a spherical outer surface and is made of a transparent material with irregular polygonal elements throughout its surface, creating a patterned structure. Essential features of the industrial design A single-point furniture handle used as a fitting for doors, doors and drawers of furniture elements shown in figures 1 and 2 is characterized by the following: - it consists of a body acting as a foot of the handle made in the shape of a hyperboloid of rotation, terminated at the bottom with a cylindrical part with an axial threaded mounting hole made in its round bottom, and a transparent knob is embedded in the upper face of this foot, which acts as the gripping part of this handle. - the transparent knob of this handle has on its outer surface of a spherical shape flat triangular figures made adjacent to each other and arranged in six rows, the dividing lines of which constitute the common bases of each two adjacent triangular figures, while in the last, upper row the vertices of all its triangular figures are concentrated at one point situated in the vertical axis of symmetry of this handle.PL 19656 3 Illustration of the patternPL 19656 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
