Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i zobrazowana zostala na ilustracji zbiorczej, na której fig. 1 przedstawia widok z gór y, fig. 2 widok z boku. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru posiada nózke w postaci walca, która zakonczona jest kapeluszem o ksztalcie zblizonym do scietego stozka, wspartego na plaszczyznie o mniejszej srednicy. W centralnej czesci kapelusza znajduje sie plaski krazek w ksztalcie scietego stozka, otoczony szescioma symetrycznie rozmieszczonymi ramionami w ksztalcie wstag oplatajacych zewnetrzna powierzchnie kapelusza. Kazde z ramion w górnej czesci przylegajacej do stozkowatego krazka ozdobione jest elementem w postaci scietego od góry asymetrycznego sercowatego liscia, przedzielonego w górnej czesci w ten sposób, ze jedna polowa jest nieznacznie uniesiona w stosunku do drugiej. Kazde z ramion w czesci dolnej, laczacej nózke z kapeluszem, zakonczone jest wspornikiem o lukowatym ksztalcie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu uchwytu meblowego w postaci galki o ksztalcie grzyba z umieszczonym szescioramiennym elementem ozdobnym z motywem sercowatego liscia na kazdym z ramion zaczynajacych sie w srodkowej górnej czesci galki (kapelusza) i oplatajacych galke az do jej podstawy (nózki).2 Fig. 1 F i g . 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLFurniture Handle: The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle attached to furniture doors or drawers, enabling them to be opened. The essence of the industrial design is manifest in its shape and is illustrated in the collective illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a top view and Fig. 2 a side view. The furniture handle, according to the design, has a cylindrical leg, which ends in a cap shaped like a truncated cone, supported by a plane of smaller diameter. In the central part of the cap is a flat disc in the shape of a truncated cone, surrounded by six symmetrically arranged arms in the shape of ribbons that wrap around the outer surface of the cap. Each arm in the upper part adjacent to the conical disc is decorated with an asymmetrical heart-shaped leaf cut from the top, divided in the upper part so that one half is slightly raised relative to the other. Each arm in the lower part, connecting the leg to the hat, ends with an arched bracket. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the shape and decoration of the furniture handle: a mushroom-shaped knob with a six-pointed decorative element with a heart-shaped leaf motif on each arm, starting in the central upper part of the knob (hat) and wrapping around the knob to its base (leg).2 Fig. 1 F i g . 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
