Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z metalu korzystnie ze stopu typu „znal" oraz ze szkla, stanowiacy wyposazenie elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w materiale i strukturze jego górnej galkowej czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi korpus metalowy, spelniajacy funkcje jego stopki oraz szklana czesc chwytowa, przy czym korpus tego uchwytu ma ksztalt zblizony do asymetrycznej hiperboloidy obrotowej, której dolny koniec o mniejszej srednicy zakonczony jest splaszczonym elementem walcowym, w którego dolnej podstawie wykonany jest osiowy nagwinto- wany otwór montazowy, natomiast górny koniec tego korpusu o wiekszej srednicy przedluzony jest szklana czescia chwytowa o profilu zblizonym do polowy scietej u góry czaszy kulistej tak, ze te górna plaska jej czesc stanowi osmioscian, a pozostala boczna jej powierzchnie stanowia plaskie przylegajace do jego boków i odpowiednio do siebie figury o profilu trójkatów równobocznych, rombów i czworoboków w widoku z góry. The new and original form of the industrial design is visible in its shape and in the material and structure of its upper knob-like gripping part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a front view, and Fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design comprises a metal body that serves as its foot and a glass gripping part, wherein the body of this handle has a shape similar to an asymmetric hyperboloid of rotation, the lower end of which has a smaller diameter and ends with a flattened cylindrical element, in the lower base of which there is an axial threaded mounting hole, while the upper end of this body of a larger diameter is extended by a glass gripping part with a profile similar to half of a spherical cap truncated at the top, so that its upper flat part constitutes an octahedron, and its remaining lateral surfaces constitute flat figures with a profile of equilateral triangles, rhombuses and quadrilaterals in a top view, adjacent to its sides and correspondingly to each other.
