Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla monolityczna utworzona z czesci chwytowej imitujacej „postac kotka" wykonanej z gumy wielobarwnej oraz z walcowej stopki metalowej, której górny kolnierzowy koniec zatopiony jest w górnej czesci chwytowej tworzac razem jeden monolit, przy czym stopka ta usytuowana jest prostopadle do dolnej plaskiej powierzchni tej czesci chwytowej, a w dolnej, plaskiej podstawie tej stopki wykonany jest osiowy nagwintowany otwór montazowy. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, features, and colors of the gripping elements of the handle, as well as the material used to manufacture it. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same furniture handle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same furniture handle from a top view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic body made of a grip part imitating a "cat figure" made of multi-coloured rubber and a cylindrical metal foot, the upper flanged end of which is embedded in the upper grip part, together creating one monolith, wherein the foot is situated perpendicularly to the lower flat surface of the grip part, and in the lower, flat base of the foot there is an axial threaded mounting hole. In turn, the body of the gripping part of this furniture handle is a solid with an external profile resembling a "cat figure", shown in the front view, with its flat lower surface made of black and grey rubber, and its upper surface has profile sockets in which rubber elements (inserts) imitating ears, eyes, muzzle and nose in the following colours: pink, white, black and red are also embedded, while the lower part also has quilted black lines arranged longitudinally and transversely.
