Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla monolityczna utworzona z czesci chwytowej imitujacej „glowe zajaca" wykonanej z gumy wielobarwnej oraz z walcowej stopki metalowej, której górny kolnierzowy koniec zatopiony jest w górnej czesci chwytowej tworzac razem jeden monolit, przy czym stopka ta usytuowana jest prostopadle do dolnej plaskiej powierzchni tej czesci chwytowej, a w dolnej, plaskiej podstawie tej stopki wykonany jest osiowy nagwintowany otwór montazowy. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, features and colours of the figures constituting the gripping part of this handle and in the material used for its production. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the same furniture handle in a front view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic block made of a gripping part imitating a "hare's head" made of multi-coloured rubber and a cylindrical metal foot, the upper flanged end of which is embedded in the upper gripping part, together creating one monolith, wherein this foot is situated perpendicularly to the lower flat surface of this gripping part, and in the lower, flat base of this foot there is an axial threaded mounting hole. In turn, the body of the gripping part of this furniture handle is a block with an external profile resembling a "hare's head" with its flat lower surface, made of pink rubber, and in its upper surface there are profile sockets, in which rubber elements (inserts) imitating ears, eyes, nostrils, nose, neck decorative element and protruding from the bottom are also mounted. its front paws and on the side an element imitating leaves in the following colors: white, black, green, red and blue.
