Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, features, and colors of the gripping elements of the handle, as well as the material used to manufacture it. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same furniture handle from the front. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic block made of a profiled gripping part imitating a "dog's head with a fringe" made of multi-colored rubber and a cylindrical metal foot, the upper flanged end of which is embedded in the upper gripping part, together creating one monolith, wherein the foot is situated perpendicularly to the lower flat surface of the gripping part, and in the lower, flat base of the foot there is an axial threaded mounting hole. In turn, the body of the gripping part of this furniture handle is a solid with an external profile resembling the shape of a "dog's head with fringe" with a flat lower surface made of brown rubber, and on its upper surface there are profile sockets in which rubber elements (inserts) imitating ears, eyes, nose, muzzle, tongue and a key ring in the following colours: yellow, white, black, purple, blue and red are also embedded.
