Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla monolityczna utworzona z profilowej czesci chwytowej imitujacej „glowe pingwina" wykonanej z gumy róznokolorowej oraz z walcowej stopki metalowej, której górny koniec kolnierzowy zatopiony jest w górnej czesci chwytowej tworzac razem jeden monolit, przy czym stopka ta usytuowana jest symetrycznie na dolnej plaskiej powierzchni tej czesci chwytowej, a w podstawie plaskiej tej stopki wykonany jest osiowy nagwintowany otwór montazowy. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, features, and colors of the gripping elements of the handle, as well as the material used to manufacture it. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle from above, and Fig. 2 shows the same furniture handle from the front. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic body made of a profiled gripping part imitating a "penguin's head" made of multi-coloured rubber and a cylindrical metal foot, the upper flanged end of which is embedded in the upper gripping part, creating one monolith, wherein the foot is situated symmetrically on the lower flat surface of the gripping part, and an axial threaded mounting hole is made in the flat base of the foot. In turn, the body of the gripping part of this furniture handle is a solid with an external profile resembling the shape of a "penguin's head" with a flat lower surface, having a short arched offset, made of black rubber, and in its upper external surface there are profile sockets in which rubber elements (inserts) imitating the beak part, oval eyes and neck with a fancy tie - men's bow tie in the following colours: white, yellow, black, grey, blue and red.
