Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest korpus blystki obrotowej, stanowiacy czesc sztucznej przynety, uzywanej w wedkarstwie, przeznaczony do zakladania na blystce obrotowej jako jej obcia- zenie. Wzór przemyslowy korpusu blystki obrotowej jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postacia wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez ksztalt, kolorystyke oraz przez jego ornamenta- cje. The industrial design of the body of the spinner is a new form of a product with an individual character, given to it in particular by its shape, colours and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the first variant of the spinner body, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the second variant of the spinner body, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the third variant of the spinner body, Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the fourth variant of the spinner body, Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the fifth variant of the spinner body, Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the sixth variant of the spinner body, Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the seventh variant of the spinner body, Fig. 8 shows a perspective view of the eighth variant of the spinner body, Fig. 9 shows a perspective view of the ninth variant of the spinner body, Fig. 10 shows a cross-section of the spinner body. The body of the spinner according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a bullet, there are one to three grooves around the body and inside the body of the spinner there is a hole which is wider and threaded on one side and has a smaller diameter on the other side. The second variety of the body of the spinner in perspective view is gold and has two red grooves. The third variety of the body of the spinner in perspective view is gold and has three red grooves. The fourth variety of the body of the spinner in perspective view is black and has one red groove. The fifth variety of the body of the spinner in perspective view is black and has two red grooves. The sixth version of the spinner body in perspective view is black and has three red grooves. The seventh version of the spinner body in perspective view is black and has one yellow groove. The eighth version of the spinner body in perspective view is black and has two yellow grooves. The ninth version of the spinner body in perspective view is black and has three yellow grooves. Essential features of the industrial design The spinner body is bullet-shaped, with one to three grooves around the body and an opening inside the spinner body, which is wider and threaded on one side and has a smaller diameter on the other side.
