Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób wedliniarski, typu kielbasa. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce farszu wypelniajacego jego oslonke, lub samego farszu bez oslonki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wyrób wedliniarski w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam wyrób w przekroju poprzecznym. Wyrób wedliniarski pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i 2 ma ksztalt bryly walcowej za- konczonej obustronnie pomarszczonym promieniowo profilem czaszowym, który stanowi oslonka w ciemniejszym kolorze zblizonym do czerwonego wypelniona dwukolorowym farszem, którego srod- kowy rdzen w ksztalcie piecioboku w kolorze zblizonym do rózowego otoczony jest przylegajaca do niego czescia pierscieniowa o okraglym ksztalcie zewnetrznym i w kontrastujacym kolorze zblizonym do koloru czerwonego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wyrób wedliniarski, majacy ksztalt bryly walcowej obustronnie zakonczonej czaszami kulistymi, pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym, fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go oslonka w kolorze zblizonym do czerwonego, wypelniona farszem dwukoloro- wym, którego srodkowy rdzen w ksztalcie piecioboku w kolorze zblizonym do rózowego otoczony jest przylegajaca do niego czescia pierscieniowa o okraglym ksztalcie zewnetrz- nym i w kontrastujacym kolorze zblizonym do koloru czerwonego. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and colour of the stuffing filling its casing, or the stuffing itself without the casing. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the cold cut product in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the same product in cross-section. The cold cut product shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2 has the shape of a cylindrical solid topped with a radially wrinkled dome profile on both sides, which constitutes a casing in a darker colour close to red, filled with two-colour stuffing, the central core of which is in the shape of a pentagon, close to pink, and is surrounded by an adjacent ring part with a round external shape and a contrasting colour close to red. Essential features of an industrial design A cold cut product in the shape of a cylindrical solid terminated on both sides with spherical bowls, shown in the illustrative material, fig. 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - it consists of a casing in a colour close to red, filled with two-colour stuffing, the central core of which in the shape of a pentagon in a colour close to pink is surrounded by an adjacent ring part with a round external shape and in a contrasting colour close to red.
