Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytworzenia. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, features, and colors of the figures constituting the gripping portion of the handle, as well as the material used to manufacture it. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same furniture handle from the front, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from the bottom, and Fig. 4 shows the same furniture handle from the top. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a solid composed of a gripping part made of multi-colored rubber and a cylindrical metal foot in the color of the gripping part, the upper flanged end of which is embedded in the rubber gripping part, creating a single monolith, the foot being situated in the axis of symmetry of the handle, and an axial, threaded mounting hole is made in its flat base. In turn, the gripping part of this handle, seen from above, has a shape reminiscent of a five-petal forget-me-not flower situated on the perimeter of the outline of a flattened, wavy blue cylinder, with the individual imitations of the flower's petals of an identical, almost trapezoidal shape, surrounded on their perimeters and separated from each other by yellow borders, and in the central part they are separated by an oval yellow ring, inside which there are several red and yellow oval rings separated from each other by oval black lines.
